Residents in the western German city of Düsseldorf woke up to an especially candescent sunrise on Tuesday. According to the German Weather Service, a high pressure system dubbed Yana is blocking low ones bearing the names Sükrü, Uranus, Thomas I and Thomas II from interfering with the favorable weather.
